Program Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to enrolments in The Mathologists Mock Trials Exam Program (the “Program”). By booking and paying, you agree to them. Please read them before you pay.
1. The Program
- A 2-week holiday program for Year 12 Maths students - Standard 2, Advanced, Extension 1, or the Advanced + Extension 1 combination.
- Includes two full-length HSC-style mock exams, two revision classes, and a take-home question set each week.
- Run at our Parramatta and Bella Vista centres. Session dates and times are shown when you book.
2. Bookings & payment
- A place is confirmed once payment is received.
- Early-bird pricing applies until [21 June 2026] ; standard pricing applies after that.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Places are limited.
3. Refunds & cancellations
- Cancel [7 or more days] before your first mock exam: full refund, less a [$30] administration fee.
- Cancel [within 7 days] of your first mock exam: [50%] refund.
- Once the Program has started (first mock exam sat): no refund, as papers, marking, and materials have been allocated.
- Need to switch? You can transfer your enrolment to another cohort or campus (subject to availability) at no charge if you ask at least [3 days] before your first session.
- Missed sessions aren’t refundable, but we’ll give you the paper and materials where we can.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within [10 business days] .
4. Changes by us
- We may adjust session times, tutors, or rooms where necessary, and will let you know in advance.
- If we cancel a session and can’t offer a reasonable alternative, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund for that session.
5. Attendance & conduct
- Students should arrive on time and follow centre rules. We may decline service for disruptive behaviour without refund.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for student drop-off and pick-up.
6. Your information & privacy
- We collect student and parent/guardian details only to administer your booking, mark papers, and contact you about the Program.
- We don’t sell your information. Card payments are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.
